Welcome to the Northern California Surveyors Joint Apprenticeship Committee (NCSJAC). The NCSJAC Training Program was established in 1963 through the combined efforts of the Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3 and California and Nevada Civil Engineers & Land Surveyors Association, Inc., to provide a field surveyor work force that consistently educates and develops the most highly-trained and skilled employees in the industry. We serve all 46 counties of Northern California and our graduating students are employed by companies large and small.

Students who graduate from the NCSJAC Training Program have the opportunity to become certified in Land And Boundaries Surveys, Light Construction Surveys, Heavy Construction Surveys, Topographic/Hydrographic Surveys, and Global Positioning Satellite (G.P.S.) Surveys.
